【Okinawan Frappuccino】 sold at Starbucks Coffee in Japan.intersting Japanese food

On June 30th, Starbucks Coffee in Japan released a limited menu of 47 prefectures in Japan.

I made the original Frappuccino that I imagine.

I made it with the image of Okinawa's sandy beach, sea, sky, clouds, flowers,

We used natural color materials such as mango, dragon fruit, and butterfly pea from Okinawa prefecture to create gradations without using coloring agents.

The key to a beautiful finish is to simmer the butterfly pea thickly. Adjust the syrup to your liking.

Ingredients:

Butterfly pea

mango

Dragon fruit

syrup

Prepared soy milk

whip

Instructions:

1. Boil butterfly pea in hot water

2. Finely chop the dragon fruit, add syrup and heat for 2 minutes to make the sauce.

3. Cream the whipped cream

4. Mix pre-cut and frozen mango and sweetened soymilk in a blender and put in a plastic cup.

5. Mix ice, butterfly pea, and sweetened soymilk in a blender and put in a plastic cup.

6. Put the whipped cream on top and sprinkle with the dragon fruit sauce and it's done!
